Hazy IPA is a Perfect Metaphor

  1. Many brewers are afraid they’ll never go away, and can’t believe they got as popular as they did.
  2. They’re loud, brash, and have the type of obfuscating showiness that distracts the general public from obvious flaws.
  3. The accumulation of baseless hype and hyperbole is responsible for their popularity.
  4. They’re orange-yellowish, aggressive, and have no regard for tradition.
